There are two types of registration, Profile 1 and Profile 2:

• Profile 1 - A basic registration that adds vendors to the vendor list. Vendors will receive notifications of State bidding opportunities and are able to respond to these opportunities online.
• Profile 2 - Vendors awarded contracts are required to complete a Profile 2 registration. This level of registration requires vendors to provide not only the necessary company information but additional information such as payment and tax information, and insurance information. The State of Montana utilizes DocuSign for signatures on contracts and related documents.

As soon as you get a representative, explain to them that you are a State of Montana supplier having issues with the vendor portal.
